Georgia Petta, is Lecturer at the Department of Physiotherapy of the University of West Attica (UniWA), Athens, Greece. Chairwoman of the Clinical Practice Committee, Academic staff of the Department of Physiotherapy and Lecturer of the Postgraduate Program “New Methods of Physiotherapy”, UniWA. She is Chairwoman of the EFSHT Education Committee and president of Hellenic Scientific Physiotherapy society’s executive committee. She is a physiotherapist, holds a master’s degree in Health Services Management (Hellenic Open University) and a Ph.D. from University of Crete – Medical School- Department of Public Health. She has served as the Substitute Director of the Physiotherapy Dpt, TEI of Athens, Responsible for the Lessons’ subject area of Respiratory and special topics. Member the SOCRATES – Erasmus Program committee for the Physiotherapy Dpt, TEI Athens. Participated in the European Supported Programs: EVOS, MITERNET,PROFOUND
Professional experience in Sport physiotherapy working with National team of classic Athletes Professional experience in geriatric physiotherapy cooperating with Research Centre of Bone Metabolic Diseases (Kapodistrian University of Athens)
